Discount Tickets

ACT offers a wide array of discounts for its Mainstage Season productions. The following discounts do not apply to performances outside of our Mainstage Season such as holiday performances like A Christmas Carol or guest productions. Discount policies are subject to change and may depend upon availability of tickets. Only one discount or promotion per ticket. Some restrictions of proof-of-age may be required. Valid only on Mainstage season performances.

Web Specials

65 and Over

Seniors 65 and over may purchase 20% off adult tickets for any available performance in advance.

Pay what you can

Every Sunday evening performance. Pay what you can (PWYC) is only available day of show (in person only, starting at 6:00pm) and is subject to availability.

Students 25 and under

Students | If in school full-time, students may purchase $25/$20 Mainstage tickets (based on seat zone locations). Tickets may be purchased in advance but have to be picked up at will call with current student ID day–of–show.

25 and Under | Young adults may purchase $29/$25/$20 Mainstage tickets (based on seat zone locations). Tickets may be purchased in advance but have to be picked up at will call with current ID day–of–show.

Industry Discount

All members of Theatre Puget Sound, Theatre Communications Group, SAG, Actors Equity, as well as employees, artists, craftspeople, and members of arts organizations, are eligible for $20 day-of-show tickets to ACT Mainstage productions. Industry Discount tickets must be purchased in-person at the Ticket Office (open 12:00pm–showtime on performance days). Just ask for the industry discount and let the Ticket Office know the name of your organization (proof of employment is required).

Military Discount

ACT is a proud Blue Star Theatre member and offers 50% off Mainstage shows to all military personnel and their immediate families. This discount is honored by phone, in-person at our ticket office, and when you purchase using the link below. Blue Star Theatres is a program of Blue Star Families and Theatre Communications Group. Purchase Tickets with BlueStar Discount

TeenTix

We offer TeenTix members the discounted price of $5 per ticket for all Mainstage plays, and select other productions. Tickets must be purchased in person the day–of–show. On Sundays, you can purchase up to two (2) tickets at the $5 rate with your TeenTix card, day–of–show. Please remember to bring in your TeenTix card to verify your membership when purchasing tickets. PLEASE NOTE: A Christmas Carol occasionally sells out on popular dates, especially weekends. Please call ACT’s Box Office at 206-292-7676 to assess ticket availability if you have concerns before visiting the theatre.

Special Tickets

Standby/Standing Room

Standing Room (SRO) discounted tickets are available for some sold-out performances on the day of the show, in person, starting at 12:00pm for matinee performances and 6pm for evening performances. Patrons will be seated right before curtain, in the order of ticket purchase, in empty seats. If seats are unavailable patrons will remain standing for the duration of the performance. Standing Room tickets are non-refundable.
